About Terra Sur Café

Terra Sur Café opened it's doors January 2005 in the Carrollwood ara of Tampa Bay. We offer Tampa a taste of Peru, acclaimed world wide for it's bounty of seafood dishes, as the birth place of Novo-Andino cuisine, ceviche, and the home of more than 2000 varieties of potatoes, 35 varieties of corn, 2000 species of fish (more than any other country on earth).

Terra Sur Café uses the grand diversity of Peruvian cuisine, to create dishes like, Lomo Saltado a hearty stir fry dish with strips of sirloin, tomatoes. onlons and french fries; Ceviche a cold dish of raw red snapper "cooked" in lime Juice with rocoto pepper, red onions, sweet potatoes, and Peruvian corn.

Terra Sur Café is quickly becoming Tampa's preferred spot for delectable Peruvian and South American cuisine, and renowned for the popular ceviche.
